It’s an understatement to say that the first half of 2010 has been a little rough for our family. So much so that I’ve had to just step back from everything and everyone to just try to survive each day (thus the lack of blog posts lately…). We are still playing catch-up, still hurting, and still a little overwhelmed. For those of you who continue to pray for us, thank you!
Personally, I’m praying that things will be a little better the last half of 2010. We do have several milestones coming up, after all…
We’ve now lived in Nacogdoches for 10 years. TEN!
Justin and I went on our first date 19 years ago (I’ve known him for more than half my life!), and our 15th wedding anniversary is tomorrow. Thus, we’ve been Texans for 15 years. FIFTEEN!
My birthday is in a couple of weeks. NOT TELLING!
And Justin turns 40 later this year. FORTY!
Things have to start looking up, right?
